Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose a product, select your options (such as size or colour), click Add to cart, then go to your cart and click Check out.

Which payment methods can I use?

All payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. After you order, we send a confirmation email with a link to your order status page.

Shipping

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. Delivery times depend on the item and your location: US orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days for items shipped from our US warehouse and 8–22 business days for items shipped from overseas. How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available. You can also see your orders in your account. See Track Order.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Some items, such as sale items, gift cards, personal care products and custom items, cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can make it right.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to post it.
